CIDADANIA ITALIANA

Oi, pessoal! Muita gente me pergunta sobre cidadania italiana por matrimônio, então resolvi colocar aqui os procedimentos necessários para o processo. Existem 2 situações:

Para aqueles que moram aqui na Itália (nosso caso): É necessário ser residente há mais de 2 anos.

Para aqueles que moram fora da Italia: É necessário que estejam casados há pelo menos 3 anos.

Obs: No caso do casal já ter filhos, esse tempo é reduzido pela metade.

DOCUMENTOS:

1.       Certidão de nascimento do requerente

2.       Certidão de casamento com o cidadão italiano

3.       Certidão de antecedentes criminais do Brasil (e dos outros países onde você morou – no meu caso tive que pedir também a certidão de Dubai)

(IMPORTANTE: as certidões precisam ter sido emitidas há menos de 6 meses)

4.       Recibo da taxa de 200 euros (deve ser paga no correio), se o casal reside no exterior deve pagar através de tranferência bancária, usando os seguintes dados:

- Nome do requerente (atenção: a conta bancária deve ser da pessoa que está requerendo a cidadania)

- Beneficiário: Ministero dell’interno D.L.C.I.- Cittadinanza

- Motivo: richiesta di cittadinanza per matrimonio

- Código IBAN: IT54D0760103200000000809020

- Código BIC/SWIFT di Poste Italiane BPPIITRRXXX

Normalmente o processo passa por 7 estágios:

1.       “L’istruttoria è stata avviata. Si è in attesa dei pareri necessari alla definizione della pratica “.

2.       “l`istruttoria non è ancora completa, si è in attesa di acquisire tutti i pareri necessari”.

3.       “L’istruttoria è in fase di valutazione finale”.

4.       “Sono stati acquisiti i pareri –la pratica è in fase di valutazione finale”.

5.       “Sono stati acquisiti i pareri necessari! Il decreto di concessione è agli organi competenti per la firma”.

6.       “L’istruttoria si è conclusa favorevolmente; è in corso di trasmissione il provvedimento di concessione alla Prefettura che ne curerà la notifica. Se risiede all’estero, il decreto sarà inviato all’Autorità Consolare”.

7.       “Il decreto di concessione è stato firmato; sarà contattato dalla Prefettura per la notifica del provvedimento e dopo la notifica dovrà recarsi presso il Comune di residenza per il giuramento. Se risiede all’estero sarà contattato dall’Autorità consolare competente”.

O processo em geral deve ser finalizado em 730 dias (2 anos), alguns demoram mais , outros menos, o meu demorou 1 ano, 2 meses e 14 dias.

Quando termina o processo, o requerente recebe uma comunicação pelo correio para comparecer ao comune para prestar o juramento, que é bem simples e dura 15 minutos. O requerente faz o juramento: “Giuro di essere fedele alla Repubblica, di osservare Costituzione e le leggi dello Stato” e assina o ato. No dia seguinte ao juramento, è concedida oficialmente a cidadania.

In Brazil, we are used to use the clay filter or even the filters directly adapted to the tap but Italy has a high quality of public water and you can get it at one of the fountains placed at many cities or get quality mineral water at these machines that the city leaves at our disposal charging a small amount (cheaper than the supermarket). I found it very nice!

No Brasil, nós estamos acostumados a usar o filtro de barro ou mesmo aqueles filtros adaptados diretamente na torneira, mas aqui na Itália é possível conseguir água de boa qualidade diretamente nas fontes públicas espalhadas pela cidade ou nessas máquinas que a cidade coloca à nossa disposição cobrando um valor bem pequeno (muito mais barato que no supermercado). Eu achei muito legal!

Café italiano - Italian Coffee (Em Português, clique aqui)

Everybody knows that Italians love coffee and know how to prepare it like no one else! Today, the Italian coffee is considered one of the best in the world and the variety is big, but the most consumed are: the “espresso”, macchiato (the Brazilian “pingado”), the moccacino and the loved cappuccino. The Italian passion for coffee is so big that they created in 1933 the Moka (or moca), the home coffee machine patented by Luigi de Ponti special requested by Alfonso Bialetti who became famous for it and is the number 1 until now. For those who loves coffee, here’s a list of the most appreciated ones and a video where I show you how to prepare the Italian coffee using the moka:

Caffè tradicional

It’s the traditional coffee made at home using the moka (check the video below to learn how to do it). 

Espresso

It’s the traditional “Espresso” one, made by industrial machine, the one you find at any bar or restaurant, small and strong.

Lungo

It’s the “Expresso” with a bigger quantity of water. You may think is weaker, but actually is stronger, almost like a double “Espresso” coffee.

Macchiato

It’s the “Espresso” with a bit of milk, in Brazil we use to call it “pingado”.

Caffè freddo

It’s a coffee prepared with sugar and then putted in the refrigerator to be served cold.

Caffè con ghiaccio

It’s a cold coffee, with ice and sugar. Very traditional of Salento part of Italy. (At the beginning I found a little bit strange the idea of a coffee with ice, but after I tasted it, I loved it!)

Caffè con ghiaccio al latte di mandorla

It’s a variation of “caffè con ghiaccio” added of almond milk. (Delicious!)

Corretto

It’s an “Espresso” added of a bit of liquor.

Cappuccino

There’s more milk than coffee. The small amount of coffee is mixed with a hot milk foam. On the top of the foam, it’s added cocoa powder.

Americano

It’s the american coffee, the “Espresso” added of hot water. It’s the most similar to our Brazilian coffee.

Desert Safari in Dubai

And today we did a desert safari, a lovely tour in the desert! The adventure starts with a 4x4 ride between the sand dunes. The driver asks you: - do you prefer with adrenaline or without? Hahaha....be careful what you choose! It's really cool and after that they stop for you to take pictures. It's amazing to see only sand everywhere. After that, we went to a "camping" place where we tasted arabic tea and coffee and I made a henna tattoo to feel myself like an arabic woman :) After that we did a camel ride around the place, it was so cooool!!!

Then, there was a huge buffet with all kinds of arabic food, delicious! We had dinner enjoying a show of a beautiful belly dancer! It was a great night!

E hoje nós fizemos um “Desert safari”, um lindo passeio no deserto! A aventura começa com um passeio de 4x4 entre as dunas de areia. O motorista de cara pergunta: - você prefere com ou sem adrenalina? Hahaha .... cuidado com o que você escolher! É muito legal e depois que eles param pra gente tirar fotos. É impressionante!!! Areia por todos os lados!!! Depois disso, nós fomos para um "camping" onde nós provamos chá e café arábes e eu fiz uma tatuagem de henna pra me sentir como uma mulher árabe :). De pois a gente passeou de camelo! Gente, que legal!!!

Em seguida, vem o jantar, um enorme buffet com todos os tipos de comida árabe, deliciooooso! Jantamos à um show de uma linda dançarina do ventre! Que noite maravilhosa!

Is Dubai safe? Dubai é um lugar seguro?

Hello guys! This is one of the reasons I like Dubai. The other day I was walking at the Emirates Mall and I saw this sign at one of the stores. They went for a break lunch and they closed the doors but left part of the clothes outside and just asked, kindly, to not touch them (and to not steal it, of course! Hahaha), we will be right back!. I never saw something like this and I thought with myself: yes, Dubai is a really safe place. By the way, it was a persian carpet store!

Oi gente! Essa é uma das razões porque gosto de Dubai. Outro dia estava passeando no Mall of the Emirates e vi essa plaquinha numa loja. Eles fecharam para o almoço e deixaram parte das roupas fora da loja e pediram: por favor, não toque (nem roube! Hahaha), voltamos já! Nunca havia visto isso em lugar nenhum e pensei: é...com certeza Dubai é um lugar seguro. Detalhe: era uma loja de tapete persa!

Metrô de Dubai! Dubai metro!

Olá! Hoje passei rapidinho pra postar fotos do metrô aqui de Dubai. Fiquei impressionada! Tudo muito limpinho e moderno! As estações estão sempre se expandindo cada vez mais e em breve terá uma nova linha! Detalhe: eles tem uma área dedicada somente às mulheres. Hoje fui passear com a Carol e a Denitsa e depois fomos no Dubai Mall!

Hello! Today I came just to show you some pictures of Dubai Metro! It's amazing! everything is soooo clear and modern! They are working "non-stop" and soon there will be more stations! One curiosity: they have a dedicated area only for women. Today I went for a walk with my lovely friends Carol and Denitsa and after that we went to Dubai Mall!

Flamenco em Dubai!!!

Claaaaro que a primeira coisa que procurei quando cheguei em Dubai foi: onde tem aulas de Flamenco? Foi aí que achei o Zyriab, um professor muito talentoso (que agora está em Nova Iorque) e que me apresentou à varias pessoas que, como eu, eram apaixonadas pela arte do Flamenco! Conheci também a M-A-R-A-V-I-L-H-O-S-A, Raquel Reina, Bailarina espanhola de Sevilha que tinha acabado de chegar em Dubai! Ela me convidou para cantar na abertura do seu show no Dubai Dance Festival 2010 no Madinat Theater!!! Uhuuuu, amei!!! Que emoção estar ao lado dessa artista fantástica e suas alunas lindas!!! Muchas gracias Raquel!!! E. claro, minhas queridas amigas, Glaucia, Carol e Roberta vieram me assistir! :)


The first thing I've searched for when I arrived in Dubai was: where do they have Flamenco classes? So, I met Zyriab, a very talented dancer (now living in New York) and then he introduced me to many other Flamenco lovers! Then I've met Raquel Reina, a wonderful spanish Flamenco dancer from Seville who had just arrived in Dubai and she invited me to sing an opening part for her show at Dubai Dance Festival 2010 at Madinat Theatre!!! Wow! It was soooo nice to be part of the show of this fantastic dancer and her beautiful students!!! Thanks a lot Raquel!!! And, of course, my lovely friends, Glaucia, Carol e Roberta came to see me! :)
